How to Book a Session and What to Expect Next
Once all details are discussed, you can proceed with placing your order. After your booking is confirmed, the photographer will likely schedule a follow-up Zoom call to review all details and ensure full alignment. You will then need to schedule the shoot date and we will book any necessary talents for you.
Before placing your order, you can schedule a 15-minute consultation video call to discuss the details of your shoot. This will help determine how much time is needed and allow our photographer to assist in building a shoot brief, selecting models, and identifying whether stylists, makeup artists, or other industry professionals are required.
Before the shoot day arrives, we handle the pre-production process, including:
- Refining the shoot brief
- Creating call sheets for models
- Preparing model release forms and other documentation to ensure legal compliance for image usage
- Finalizing all bookings and logistical details
- Purchasing props and preparing custom backgrounds
On the day of the shoot, the photographer will go over the brief with the entire crew and client before starting. Throughout the session, you will be provided with a Capture One live link, allowing you and your team to monitor images in real time, make selections, and provide live feedback - even if you're not on set.
After the shoot, you will receive another link upon request to download all RAW images or select the shots that require professional retouching. No, editing is not included in the session fee. As a photography studio, we focus on what we excel at: PHOTOGRAPHY. All editing services are provided by freelancers who have worked with us for the last 10-15 years and are true professionals. The number of images produced during a session can vary greatly, making it challenging to predict editing costs in advance. Therefore, editing is charged separately based on the final number of images that need to be edited.
